Café Noury is a Baltimore-based mobile coffee cart serving globally inspired flavors through handcrafted drinks and housemade seasonal syrups. From espresso to matcha, hojicha, chai, teas, and lemonades, we bring a warm, approachable café experience to private events, brand activations, and celebrations.

We brew sustainably and ethically sourced beans roasted locally in Baltimore City.

For a truly tailored experience, we offer custom options—including branded stickers, banners and signature menus—so your event feels uniquely yours.

No trending music, just pure BTS chaos and our mouth-watering JUICY strawberry matcha 🤤🍓🍵 Our syrup is made korean-style (strawberry cheong) by covering fresh strawberries with granulated sugar to slowly extract the flavors for a deep and refreshing taste. Slowly but surely, Cafe Noury is coming to life.

This week’s focus: website (!), licenses, food manager certification, banking decisions, and choosing the right POS system. I’m figuring out everything from business registration, marketing, to health inspections—juggling it all while still in school, and somehow loving the chaos.

It’s a lot of logistics, but every step makes this feel more real. I’m aiming to launch in the next 6 weeks, and I can’t wait to serve you soon! Hire Cafe Noury for your next event ;)

I’ve always loved coffee—not just the craft of it, but the way it brings people together. With Cafe Noury, I’m blending creative globally-inspired flavors into classic drinks, and slowly but surely turning this passion into a mobile coffee cart to share at markets, events, and wherever great coffee is needed.

Right now, I’m in the thick of it—figuring out permits, licenses, health inspections, and building the cart from the ground up here in Baltimore City.
